Last updated: February 10, 2026

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the Huddle website or using the Huddle Discord bot (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Huddle is a Discord bot that provides moderation, automation, utility, and entertainment features for Discord servers. Features may change, be added, or removed at any time without notice.

3. User Responsibilities

You agree to use the Service in compliance with Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines, not abuse or misuse the bot, and not attempt to reverse engineer, spam, overload, or disrupt the Service. You are responsible for how the bot is configured and used within your server.

4. Data & Privacy

Huddle may store limited data required for functionality, such as server IDs, user IDs, configuration settings, and moderation logs. Huddle does not sell user data. For more details, please refer to the Privacy Policy.

5. Availability & Termination

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or error-free operation. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service for any server or user that violates these Terms or Discord’s policies.

6. Premium Features & Licensing

Huddle may offer optional paid features (“Premium”) through one-time purchases or other pricing models.

Premium licenses are granted under the following conditions:

Server License: A one-time purchase granting Premium features to one Discord server, including one server reassignment.

Lifetime License: A one-time purchase granting Premium features to up to two Discord servers simultaneously, with unlimited server reassignments.

Premium licenses are non-transferable between users and may not be resold or shared.

We reserve the right to modify Premium features, pricing, or licensing limits at any time. Previously purchased licenses will retain access according to their original terms unless otherwise stated.

7. Free Access & Feature Changes

Huddle may offer free access to certain features for testing, beta, or promotional purposes.

We reserve the right to limit, modify, or remove free features, introduce paid tiers or feature restrictions, or end beta or promotional access at any time.

Continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

Huddle and its developers are not responsible for misuse of moderation or automation features, loss of data, messages, or roles, or damages resulting from downtime, bugs, or misconfiguration. Use of the Service is at your own risk.

9. Changes to These Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
